Rudger is the former Head of CRO at Conrad Electronic International, the largest European omnichannel retailer with over 700.000 electronic products. Here, he was responsible for the setup of an international testing strategy and designing the process of high frequent a/b testing, combined with extensive user research.
In 2014 Rudger was invited to join the expert group Revenu Optimization within the Dutch research platform Shopping Tomorrow. Their goal is to inform retailers through white papers on topics such as CRO, A/B testing, Testing processes, Tooling, Customer journey mapping and Personalisation.
In 2019 Rudger, together with Pascal Louwes and their client Lampenlicht.nl were nominated for the dutch CRO awards in the category Mobile A/B Tests.
As one of the pioneers in this field of expertise, Rudger frequently speaks at conferences or colleges like Saxion Hogeschool en ROC van Twente to share his experiences.
In 2018 Rudger started his focus on the Amazon marketplace. Primarily, to get a sense of the Amazon experience and as a source of inspiration for a/b testing. However, it turned out to be a completely new expertise. Not only does he knows how to get successful on Amazon, but he is also a certified Amazon Advertising professional.
